We ship all DeskCraft Originals orders across India. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship DeskCraft Originals products across India via our trusted courier partners.
- We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India
- International shipping is not available at this time
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after your order is dispatched:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of placement.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight.

- Other partners depending on availability and location
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if damaged).
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after all attempts, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
