1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund as long as your order has not been shipped yet.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- Let us know the reason for cancellation
- We will verify the shipping status and process your refund if the order has not been shipped
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- The order has already been shipped or is out for delivery
- The order has been delivered
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
6. Affiliate Products
For products purchased through affiliate links (e.g., Amazon), the refund policy of the respective platform applies. DeskCraft is not responsible for refunds on third-party purchases.
